So I would say that I'm about 50% done with the boys new room. I figured that since we're not in a hurry, I can take my time. We're re-doing the other bedroom upstairs-which is bigger-so that has meant: painting the walls, painting the window jams and doorways from green to white, and eventually getting rid of the green carpet and finishing the floors. The boys like it so far, I plan to have this room done by December.
So I decided with the closet door, I would make the bottom half a magnetic/chalkboard. I bought the expensive magnetic paint, followed the directions, and wal-lah, nothing sticks to it. I'm pretty disapointed.

It looks really good! Hopefully the chalkboard paint works better than the magnetic stuff did!
Yea, so sorry I forgot to tell ya I blog. I have only started a lil over a year ago. I have been blogging a lot more frequently so that's good. The boys' room looks so far so good. I will one day be able to fix up the kids rooms. Annabelle's has a few things and Joseph is in the classic winnie the pooh nursery. After Caroline comes, he will temporarily go to Annabelle's room and then when Caroline is old enough she'll bunk with big sister and Joe will go back to the nursery. Then I'll do it up just for him.--whew! all in good time.
