Delayed BYU-Utah Game Blog

So this is a week late, and we all know how the game turned out (poor Dave), but I am finally downloading pictures off my camera and thought that I would post what we did to support Dave and his cougars. Now James & I don't care much about BYU or the U of U, I mean we're Weber State Wildcats-go purple!-but we were cheering on the cougars simply because Allan is a big Utes fan and it's funny watching him get frustrated over little things. For the big game party I made my most rich dessert-Score Cake. I decided to decorate the cool-whip with the teams colors, but as you can see, the red side isn't red, but a dusty rose (I am still working on my colors in cooking) Here's a pic of Jordan decked out ready for the big day. You could ask him who he wanted to win and he would say-BYU.
Now here's how devoted we were to wanting BYU to win. Now this only came about because Allan was trying to coach Jordan to root for his team while they were out fishing. So because of that, James decided that we should shave a Y into the back of Jordan's head. He needed a haircut anyways, so this was my attempt at shaving a Y into the back of my childs head. Don't worry, it didn't stay, I mean we had church the next morning. Everyone had a hoot when they saw Jordan.
Although BYU lost :( we still had a fun time hanging out with family and eating good food-there's always next year.
