Why, I'll buy him a brand new toy. I decided today that I wanted to be constructive. Our basement hallway is still unfinished, and I would really like to get it done before we decide to leave this house. So since we had nothing else to do today, we loaded up and headed to Home Depot. While there, James stated that we should just buy a saw instead of continually borrowing others, because there are lots of things that we can use it for. I gave in; nope, actually I agreed, I mean I like power tools just as much as he does.
It took us a couple of hours-only because we had to figure out how to frame out the ceiling with the duct work & add a doorway to the laundry room- but we finally got it framed. Now we just need to do some electrical work before we can drywall, and after that it'll be one step closer to being completed.
On other happenings, Jaxson fell asleep at the table, of course only after he had eaten his pizza leaving the veggies behind.
I forgot I had taken this picture, but it's of Maddie's cute little bunny slippers her Aunt Michelle gave her. So stinkin' cute.

Good for you on making the husband happy. Mine actually asked for an ax for Valentine's Day. I told him he could have the ax, but not for Valentine's Day because that was just about the most unromantic (not to mention creepy) suggestion I'd ever heard.
