Bubble Pizza & Lemon Pies

Our newest creation in the Dutch Oven (not totally new because I've made this in the oven) is Bubble Pizza. We've been wanting to try different things & perfect our dutch oven cooking for when we go camping. James had the idea of doing pizza in the dutch oven, so this is how it turned out:
Everything cooked perfectly. I was afraid of the biscuits burning on the bottom or not cooking all the way through, but James did a good job making sure the coals were spaced right.
It was quite delicious.

Madison even enjoyed the biscuits (no pepperoni or cheese for her yet).

My Mom's birthday is tomorrow & she wanted Lemon Meringue pies for her dessert. I tried to take the easy route by using Pillsbury frozen crusts (the kind you unroll), but of course, nothing could go easy in making the pies. I basically had to re-roll the crusts because they were sticking and not unrolling. I guess it doesn't matter as long as what's inside tastes good-right?

One of my favorite things to do with my Kitchen Aid is fluff up egg whites-it's so much fun.

I use that crust all of the time. Did you let it sit out for a little while before you unrolled it? That always makes a difference for me. Your pizza looks so good!!! I hope James kept his hair this time!!!
