I came up with this wonderful concoction for dinner tonight; Farfella Pasta w/ Vegetables. Yummo. Got to use some zucchini out of our garden & of course some of the plentiful parsley growing outside my front steps. James & I decided that the only guilty thing about this dinner was the cheese that I sprinkled on top; therefore, seconds were granted!
