Well, we've made it past our first quarter of school & our first parent-teacher conference. Jordan is doing great, and is above the average-which makes James & I happy. Jordan met 6 out of the 7 goals this first quarter. The one he missed was writing his name right; he writes his name is all capital letters {JORDAN} when he should write it like this {Jordan}; we've been working on this. So, because he had enough "credits", Jordan received his Associates Degree for Kindergarten. Washington Terrace Elementary is a No Excuse University School-there is no excuse for you not to go to college after you complete Highschool.
{Uggh, my camera did not focus right}
-I didn't get a chance to take a picture of him at school with his award, so we did it at home-
Here are the goals that he needs to pass this next Quarter:
- Identify at least 20 numbers from 0-30
- Name all letters upper and lower case {52}
- Identify all letter sounds {26}
- Count to 30
- Read at least 15 sight words
- Complete November and December homework packets
- Read an average of 5 or more nights a week and mark them on reading calendar
