With the snowfall yesterday, I thought it would be fun to take the kids sledding at the park {with no school & all} today after lunch. After getting the kids all bundled up {which was kind-of a joke because it was actually warm outside} we headed over to Rohmer.
I decided to take Madi down. The runs weren't that great, and we crashed. I think the fact that she got some snow & couldn't walk, her attitude was something like this:
I did try again, and even though we didn't crash, she cried the whole time. After that, she didn't want me, but her Daddy:
Because Daddy's can make everything better. But she still wasn't happy,
So James took her to the car and stuck her in her carseat w/ her pacifier & blanket. She sat there, quiet, with this look of grumpy-ness. We'll try this whole sledding thing another time.
We weren't at the park very long, mostly because the snow wasn't the greatest & I think it wore on the boys when they crashed everytime they went down. But the boys did have fun & we stayed as long as they wanted.
