I would say that we've had a good productive day. After sleeping in a bit {8am...whoohoo!}, we headed outside, and got out our extensive amount of tools {at least it looked like it}. I started making Madison a toddler bed last saturday, so I worked on that for a little bit today.
The bed is coming along. It would have been ready for painting, except I ran out of wood putty...and I was almost done filling in all the holes. Ahh....Mann....
While I was working on the bed, James & the boys decided to take some scraps and make a birdhouse.
The boys had fun. I think their favorite part was painting.
Notice the colors.....Blue & Gold baby. That's right. They're meant to be Lakers :)
Later on in the night, we headed over to the South Ogden splash pad for a birthday party. The kids had a blast, and we actually got {or I should say, James got} Madi to go into the water. I took my camera this time to get some water shots. Can I tell ya how much I am loving my new lens. LOVE it!
