This morning, we got up early & headed up the street for the annual Goldenwest 5k race for schools. This is a pretty spectacular race for our schools in the area. Not only does each race entry go back to the school, but Goldenwest will match each entry. Pretty cool in my books :)
James & Jordan have been practicing running, so the two of them were in it to win it. Jaxson started out with Michelle, but ended up with me, Madi & Scott {Moon}. I would like you to notice how happy we are in this picture...

Madi did get out of the stroller at one point during the race, so I quickly grabbed the camera to get a pic.
After race pic....notice everyone not smiling {except me..I felt good}.
Overall, it was a great morning. Jordan did better than last year {by almost 10 minutes if I remember right}, and my knee did ok {it's the longest I've walked in a long time}. After showering up & digging out some shorts, we treated the kids to McDonalds for a job well done!
