Feeding the Ducks & Jaxson's First Haircut

So I guess you can say that Saturday was a busy day for us. James & I put some chairail up in our bedroom downstairs and we also hung a sheet of drywall enclosing the laundry room. Because we still had a package of hot dog buns from the week before (I didn't think they last another week), we decided to go feed the ducks. This was the first time Jaxson has gone to feed the ducks, but the funny thing was Jaxson wasn't interested in feeding them at all. Jaxson decided that he was a duck and should be fed the bread-oh well. We went first to WSU pond, and then went over to Beus's Pond, and then went over to Glasmann pond to check out the fishes. We had a fun time walking around and hanging out with Dave.

After we dropped Dave off, we went home to give the boys a haircut. I've kinda been avoiding giving Jaxson a haircut just for the fact that his hair is so thin, I didn't want him to be goofy. It's funny because I guess I would rather let my son have a mullet (he really looked like it) than give him a haircut. So here's Jaxson pre-haircut:

After much crying and squirming and calling James in to help, here's Jaxson's new hairstyle:

Both boys got short hairstyles which I found appropriate for the summer. I ended up having to use the razor on Jaxson because he was not sitting still long enough for me to cut his hair.
