Jordan had his first dentist appointment today, and he did awesome. I was a little worried, just for the fact that Jordan doesn't really warm up to people, and I was afraid that his shyness would interfere with the dentist looking at his teeth. Well, my worries went out the door as Jordan laid there and opened his mouth, and let the dentist count and polish his teeth. He was so good that they gave him a token for a toy, and because I had to run to the store, I let him pick out a treat. Jordan was also super excited to get a new toothbrush, and proudly showed off his teeth to Grandma (who was watching Jaxson). Maybe I shouldn't be suprised, I mean, Jordan has been coming with me to the dentist office for the last 3 years. I guess I prepared him well.
