Grandma Loose

So today has been a very emotionally draining day. What started out as a day to go grocery shopping (one of my favorite things to do), turned into a day of tears and mumbled phone calls. Grandma Loose passed away this morning. She had fallen down, bumped her head, had a stroke, and in a matter of hours, returned peacefully to our Father in Heaven.
I not only felt bad for my Mom, who took the news quite hard (I have blood stains on my shirt-her nose bled for like an hour), but I felt bad because I've procrastinated getting passports for my family. Thinking that none of my siblings could go up, my Uncle informed us that the new rules don't go into affect till this summer. So off to Canada we go next thursday. It'll be quite the road trip. If all goes as planned, Michelle will fly up wed night, and my family, plus Austin and Michelle will drive the 12 hrs to make it up to Cardston. Jordan's been missing Aunt Shell, so hopefully she'll be able to come, and fulfill Jordan's need of seeing her.
I'm so glad that I know that death is just not the end of our existence. I know that Grandma is with Grandpa, someone we've all missed these last 4 1/2 years. I'm glad that I grew up knowing my grandparents, and I hope that Jordan will remember his Great Grandma Loose. We love you Grandma!
