So last night we decided that since James didn't have class that night, we would do a movie night. Jordan has been wanting to watch Bolt, so we rented the movie, made dinner, and sat down and had a "picnic" in the front room. Bolt was a good kids movie, and dinner was yummy. Jordan laid in the same position the whole movie, with his eyes never leaving the screen, with Mom & Dad telling him to take bites every once in awhile. It was fun. Fun family time. After we put the boys to bed, James & I sat down to watch our own movie, Marley that we had rented along with Bolt. Oh my gosh, that movie makes you cry. By the end-where they hit you in the gut-James was tearing up. Ugg, tears were just trying to come out, and I was thinking, "Why am I crying, I don't even like dogs that much." I don't think I'll be watching that movie again, it was good, but I can't take the crying.
I decided to have fun with the boys hair yesterday, by giving both boys mohawks. This was the best that they looked, because being boys, they have to mess up everything-no matter how much gunk you put in their hair. Yeah, Jaxson has a goofy "cheese" face.
Jaxson is something sometimes. Monday, he was acting tired way before nap time, so I decided that it would be best to put him to sleep earlier. Apparently he didn't like that idea. I had heard him playing around before & after I took a shower, but when I had finally gotten upstairs to check on him, this is what I found. He had emptied out the trash cans, so it smelled in their room. He decided to take out all the diapers out of basket. I had a box that contained their blinds, he decided to dump the entire contents out. I guess all that misbehaving became tiresome because he fell asleep right there on the floor.
Not much else happening. I'm waiting for Spring to come, I'm tired of all the cold weather. Why can't Utah be normal for once. Our tulips our coming in, I can't wait to see them bloom, and see all the colors. James is nearing the end of school-thank goodness. We go to California in a month, which is super exciting.
On a side note, Austin left for Bootcamp Monday. It's still an odd thing having him gone. I've gone over to my parents house twice this week with nobody home. It's kinda weird to go upstairs and not find him on his computer; his room is now empty. I guess this is what it feels like to have somebody go on a mission.
