Yesterday was my Dad's birthday, so we spent the afternoon bowling & then hanging out the rest of the night. We had a blast bowling. Jordan was super excited and kept asking if he would be able to knock down all the pins. Now, Jordan is a pro when it comes to bowling on the Wii. I had to keep telling Jordan that Wii bowling and real bowling were different. It took Jordan a little bit to get used to real bowling, but once he did, he had a blast.
After bowling, we went back to my parents house, had dinner, and then pulled out the Strawberry cake I had made my Dad. We're having dinner tonight as a family (because Tyler & James both had to work last night), but I thought that my Dad needed a birthday cake. He said that this was his favorite kind of cake, and I think that it turned out pretty good & tasty -I've never made it before.
