Mom's Bread

I think that one of the best things (food-wise), is fresh-out-of-the-oven bread. Slather on some homemade jam (in this case raspberry), and you've got quite the tasty treat. I woke up this morning and decided that today I was going to make bread. What a good decision.

I have fond memories of this bread recipe. It's my Mom's recipe & it has never failed me (and so easy to make). My Mom use to bake bread all the time when I was growing up. I think I disliked the baking of bread because that meant Michelle or I would have to clean the bosch after said baking. Even now, as I make bread in my very own bosch, the sound of the dough swirling around reminds me of my childhood. I hope my children remember as they grow up, the smell & taste of homemade bread.
