I have a very out-dated kitchen; like 1950's out-dated kitchen. It's one of the last "Big" rooms that needs to be remodeled. Remodeling costs money & we're almost to that point of ripping everything out & starting afresh. But today, I am still stuck with metal cabinets, small spaces, and poor counter space. I decided Monday that I was going to break out the power tools and build me some shelves. I built me some strong, functional shelves. I wasn't going for looks, but yet the pine-look of them looks pretty neat, for now.
Oh yes, I love power tools. I ripped, mitered, and nailed everyone of these shelves, by myself.

Look at you go!! I am impressed. You know I feel your pain with the metal cabinets, small countertop, & no storage space! You did a great job.
