The "Chase"

I took a lot of pictures yesterday {seems to always happened when somebody has a race}, so I thought that I would break it down into different posts.

Yesterday was the Sweetheart Race {put on by the South Davis Rec Center} in Bountiful.  Michelle, Derek, & Dave were running the 5k.  I don't do cold-weather running, and my sweetheart was asleep....that's my excuse for not running with them :)

First off, Dave.  Oh my David.  It wasn't until after the race, that I found out that Dave was trying to out-run this boy that was by him.  I didn't notice it when I was taking the pictures, but I did notice when I was editing them.

I know there's a lot of pictures, but I think it helps in grasping the "Chase".

 The one below, I think is my favorite one :)  The kid takes a look, and looks terrified that this giggling man is chasing him.

  

 Dave said that he was laughing {on the inside} the entire last stretch. 

 Dave did pretty good, coming in around 23 minutes {granted, he was trying for under 21}.
