GATORS!!!
One of the reasons the boys were excited to come down to Louisiana. They wanted to see some gators. We got up early Saturday morning and made our way north for a swamp tour.
We had to split into two groups & all the kiddos got life jackets.
Madison wasn't very happy with her jacket.
We had a great tour guide. Did you know that all these trees produce a gas into the water, making it unihabitable for mosquitos???
And when a tree flattens out on top, it's done growing??
You would never guess that all of this is water.
We saw lots of birds
Say hi to the other boat :)
There's our happy girl.
The lotus blossoms.
And thanks to James & Craigs eyes, we had two gator sightings. Those little devils would not show themselves.
Jordan relaxing. It was pretty warm, and I think it was starting to make some tired. Ethan crawled up onto Leann and even fell asleep.
When we were coming back to the dock, we were going faster along the lake. Jaxson liked the water splashing up onto him.
I wanted a good family picture-I guess this will do {3 out of 5 ain't bad, right??}

After the tour we headed back to Uncle Arnolds house for lunch and relaxation. That night, all the cousins went out to go see a movie {Pirates 4}. On the way home, all three kids fell asleep, which I took as a sign that they had had a great day!
