Last night was the annual Trunk-r-Treat with the Riverdale 6th Ward. It's a trunk-r-treat that I like attending because it's NOT on Halloween. It's always fun to go back to the "Home" ward and see everyone. Although with the recent changes to the ward, I didn't know who alot of the people were. And in fact, one of the counselors almost introduced himself to our family until he saw my face and recognized that I was a Nelson.
So, here are our cast of Characters for this Halloween:
A Soldier

And a Lady Bug
The food was of course very good. I in fact picked a really enjoyable one; the perfect amount of spicy.
We invited Paul's Family to come over and hang out with us. I immediately told Sami that I needed some "Hudson" time. That kid is serious cuteness :)
Michelle & Derek stopped by too. They didn't stay for long, but they'll be trick-r-treating with us on Monday.
I love Derek's costume. Well done Bro!
After hitting all the available trunks, we packed up and headed to Wal-mart. In years past, they've had donuts & hot chocolate, but they didn't this year, so we decided to keep the tradition alive.
We picked some yummy cake donuts, and I made the perfect temperature hot chocolate :)
It was the perfect way to end the night.
