This past Saturday, we had Paul's family over to carved pumpkins. See all those pumpkins on the floor??? Yep. They all came from our garden.
The kids had fun scooping out the "guts" of the pumpkins, and then drawing on the pumpkins for Daddies to carve.
After some yummy dinner, we packed up & headed up to the Hartman Residence for the Annual Hogwarts experience.
The funniest part, I think, for the kids was throwing Quaffles at the people flying down.
Jordan & Moose were they only two brave souls to hop on a "broom" {and thanks to Aunt Naomi for standing in line with them}.
We also: got sorted into our houses; stroked the Monster book, got a snitch; tasted some Bernie & Bots jelly beans; visited Olivanders; and got some Apple cider at the 3 Broomsticks.
After hitting all the activites, we trekked back down the hill & headed home. The kids were tired. Parents were tired. It was a great night.
