January 1st:
- Nelson Family Annual Chinese food lunch
- Sibling Movie-Les Miserable! I got chills when I watched that movie and I can't wait to show it to the boys (there were some parts where I'll have to have them close their eyes.)
January 6th:
- I (JeNae) started my new calling...after 5 years in Primary they decided to release me & put me in Sunday School. I teach the 14-18 yr olds. It's a fun class & the kids are awesome. With the new curriculum, it's not really teaching, but guiding discussions. Granted, every class is made better when one brings treats :)
Week of January 28th:
- We had school spirit week, and I was in charge of it. It was a lot of fun going to the school & seeing all the kids participate & handing out prizes. Here are some pics of the boys during the different days:
- Madison was so very good that whole week, as we had to be to the school at 8:30am every morning.
January 17-22
- James & I started on finishing our basement. After it being open for about a year, we thought it was time to finish the walls, paint & get some carpet. Instead of being a narrow bedroom & a dark hallway, we took down the wall & are making it another family room. And because it's not all the way done, I don't have any pictures yet. We're slowly getting there.
And that was our month!
