Christmas is fast approaching, and I haven't really done my shopping yet...I know what we're going to get, just need to go out & pick it up.

I've been thinking about Christmas memories-and I've got lots-so here's another one. I remember a Christmas that we went to my Grandma's house in Arkansas. I always have enjoyed {and still do}visting my Grandma Nelson. I remember at that Christmas, we got to open up a present on Christmas Eve {something that we'd never done before}; which was exciting. I think my cousins were living there too at the time, so the house was filled with laughter & good times.

Snow. Sometimes I feel like it is almost appropriate for it to snow on Christmas. I remember the first time I saw snow. It was a Christmas morning in....California-just a light sprinkle, not at all like what it does here in Utah. In recent memories, I think it was two years ago that we woke up and saw that it had snowed. Outside looked so clean & white {because people were going nowhere}. Beautiful. I really do like snow-in the proper season-I just dislike the slush in can turn into when it starts melting-not so pretty.
